AMBROSE ANNOUNCES 2025 SPRING MEN'S LACROSSE SCHEDULE

Hartsville, SC - Lacrosse season is right around the corner, with less than a week until the first game is to be played. With that contest quickly sneaking up on us, second-year coach Austin Ambrose releases the full 2025 Coker Men's Lacrosse schedule...

The season starts off this Saturday, February 1st, with a home opener against #20-ranked Lander. After the opener, the Cobras will head on a four-game road trip in non-conference play against Lees McRae (February 8th), Emmanuel (February 15th), Chowan (February 22nd), and Barton (February 26th). That Barton game will look to be a revenge game, as the Bulldogs came to Hartsville last season and defeated the Cobras in a 9-8 barn-burner.

The first of March brings another nationally-ranked opponent, as Coker will host #4 Limestone in the conference home opener. The Cobras will then remain at home for their last game of non-conference play, hosting Belmont Abbey on March 8th. The rest of the month includes three conference away games and one home game, traveling to Lincoln Memorial (March 15th), Catawba (March 19th), and Anderson (March 29th) while hosting Mars Hill (March 23rd).

April brings a tough road for the team, facing off against three nationally-ranked teams within the conference: vs #14 Newberry (April 2nd), vs #3 Lenoir-Rhyne (April 17th), and at #5 Wingate (April 23rd). The other two outings in the last month of play include hosting Tusculum on April 6th for senior day and traveling to Emory & Henry on April 11th. Should they earn a top-six seed in the conference, they would play in a SAC Quarterfinal matchup on April 26th.
