FOLLOWING THE TEAM'S DOMINANT WIN OVER THE WASPS, THE COBRAS EARN TWO OF THE THREE WEEKLY AWARDS IN THE SAC
Rock Hill, SC - After a performance to remember against Emory & Henry, Coker Men's Lacrosse has earned two SAC Player of the Week honors! Senior Justin Beighey was named the Offensive Player of the Week while freshman Brandon Calidonio was named the Specialist of the Week.

In a 24-5 dominant victory over Emory & Henry on April 11th, 2025, senior Justin Beighey scored 11 goals and recorded 5 assists. This incredible stat line is good for 1st in Single-Game Points (16) in both Coker & South Atlantic Conference history, along with T-1st in Single-Game Goals (11 - Cal Gibson) in both Coker & SAC history. Beighey is already an all-time great in Coker Lacrosse history, but now furthers it as he jumps to 2nd All-Time in Goals (110) and 5th All-Time in Points (130).
Brandon Calidonio | FR | Flagler Beach, FL
As just a freshman, Brandon Calidonio recorded a whopping 17 ground balls in Coker's 24-5 win over Emory & Henry, good for the most in a single game in Coker Men's Lacrosse history. As the starting faceoff specialist, Calidonio also won 24-28 of his faceoffs for a stunning 85.71%.
The Cobras will finish of their home competitions this week, facing off against natioanlly-ranked Lenoir Rhyne on Thursday. This one will take place under the lights with a 7:00 PM ET start time.
