With a 2-1 lead going into singles, the Cobras faced tough opponents at the top of the lineup, as all 3 Cobras to first take the court were defeated. The match would then come down to the players at positions 4, 5, and 6 who had to win all 3 matches to beat the Royals and the Cobras did just that. At the No.5 spot, Danny Nash came off the quickest winning 6-2, 6-2. Then Dustin Yager didn’t lose a game, winning at the No.6 spot 6-0, 6-0. It would then come down to James Schroeder who was last on court at the No.4 spot. He won the first set 6-3, and helped lead the Cobras to victory winning the second set 6-4.
