Sumter, S.C.: The Cobras' season has come to an end this afternoon with Coker falling to Lincoln Memorial in the Quarterfinals of the South Atlantic Conference Championships.
Performances:
- Marko Pozonec and Edoardo Pilia had a 5-3 lead at 2 doubles when the railsplitters clinched the doubles point on courts 1 & 3.
- In singles play, Marko Pozonec had the Cobras' lone victory, winning in straight sets over Sebastian Boneta in the 4th singles position with a score of 6-1, 6-4.
- Edoardo Pilia had just completed his second set against Mathis Amsellem at the 2nd singles when the match was called. Pilia lost the first set 3-6, then bounced back in the second set to win 6-4 and force a 3rd set.
- In the 3rd singles, Lucas Melone won in a dominant 1st set 6-3. However, his match was cut short due to the railsplitters clinching the match with the second set tied up 6-6.
