Coker Wrestling Continue Cobra Service Initiative
The Coker wrestling team partook in another Cobra Service project on Monday (Sept. 15), this time with Lakeview Baptist church.
HARTSVILLE, S.C. – The Coker wrestling team made its way into the Hartsville community once again on Monday (Sept. 15) to help Pastor Ken of Lakeview Baptist church. The team spent an hour moving pews, props and a stage for Pastor Ken into the Lakeview storage building.
"Community service has become the wrestling team's identity," said sophomore Walker Barfield. "We take pride in getting into the community and helping others because we see the impact it has on them."
The Cobras kick-off their season on Saturday (Oct. 25) with the second annual Blue vs. Gold Intersquad match.
