2015-2016: Sizeland ran in six races for Coker, notching two top-30 finishes. He took third at the two-mile USC Open (Sept. 23) with a time of 10:56 and also notched an 11th-place finish at the CIU Invitational (Sept. 5) with a time of 18:29.

2014-15: Did not run this season.

2013-14: Sizeland ran in five meets this year for Coker. His best time came at the Catawba Invitational where he finished the 8K race in a time of 27:43.

2012-13: Sizeland entered the record books for Coker cross country when he finished second overall for the Cobras at the Royal Challenge, and finished the 8k race in a time of 26:52. He also set a personal best at the Conference Preview meet, by finishing the 5k race in a time of 17:15. Hist 10k performance of 34:40 at the Southeast Regional meet was good enough for second place overall for Coker.  

High School: Sizeland was a standout cross country and tennis player at Hillcrest High School. He was the 2011 senior boys cross country champion in 2011 and he was the senior boys tennis champion in 2010 and 2011. He was ranked in the top 10 in his class academically.

Personal: Son of Wilma and Peter Sizeland...he has two sisters Katie and Jacqui.
