Bio
2015-16: Hansen had a stellar senior season for the Navy and Gold, playing in 23 matches and 76 sets in all. He finished with a 137 kills, 98 digs, 70 assists, 31 total blocks and 15 service aces. He belted a season-high 13 kills twice, against North Greenville (3/18) and King (4/2).
2014-15: Hansen had another outstanding season for the Cobras. He was named to the Off the Block All-Independent team after recording 228 kills, 124 digs, 32 service aces and 36 blocks. He finished the regular season ranked 31st in all of Division I and II with a .36 aces per set average. His best matches of the season were against North Greenville (1/23) and (3/24) as he knocked down 16 kills in each match with eight and six digs, respectively.
2013-14: Hansen played in 26 matches and had another solid season for Cobras, leading the team with 241 kills with a 2.51 kills per set average. He finished third on the team with 139 digs and added 24 total blocks and nine service aces in 96 sets of work.
2012-13: Hansen lead the team with 245 kills this season, averaging approximately 3.18 kills per set. The freshman outside hitter collected a hitting percentage of .217 while participating in all 21 matches for the Cobras. He also racked up 92 digs, 34 assist, 21 service aces, and 20 blocks.
Other College: Hansen is a transfer from Northern Arizona University.
High School: A scholar athlete and three-time letter winner in volleyball, football, tennis and wrestling at Las Vegas High School, Hansen received team MVP and All-Region honors his senior year. He was also named All-Region during his junior season.
Personal: Son of Nancy and Duane Hansen...he has two brothers Jake and Aaron.
